i didnt get the seat ibiza i got a kia sportage in the end but was a much better option for me i only chose the ibiza because it was the cheapest but by giving me the kia they actually gave me an upgrade and still cost me the same lovely and clean drove really well and staff very helpful will be using again when back or fo anywhere else and they are there spot on thanks again

samochod nie byl do pelna napelniony paliwem i po uzgodnieniu zwrot przy takiej samej ilosci co odbior, reszta wedlug norm, obsluga mila i rzeczowa

Otrzymalam samochod brudny zewnatrz i wewnatrz. Zewnatrz jeszcze mozna by przymknac oko, padal deszcz etc, natomiast auto w srodku to zdecydowanie brak profesjonalizmu i poszanowania klienta. Pelno okruchow, zaplamione siedzenia, zeby z niego korzystac musialam je sobie najpierw odkurzyc, i usunac spod siedzenia opakowania po jedzeniu. Ciekawi mnie fakt czy osoby za to odpowiedzialne wynajmujac pokoj w hotelu przyjely by brudny i nieposprzatany. Troche mocno sie rozczarowalam panstwa uslugami w zwiazku z tym faktem.

Everything regarding the car was perfect. I received the car I asked for, in great condition. There are 2 minus I can mention.
1) When I received the car even thought I was 10 minutes earlier than appointment time, I had to wait 20 min, then I called when noone appeared and I was told that he would be there in 5min. In short he came after 20, so I had to wait in total 40 minutes (30 after the actual meeting time)
2) 6 days later (5 working days) I'm still waiting for my deposit refund (and no it is not my banks' delay, and since it is the first time I use the company, it makes me wonder...
Other than that very satisfied
