Had to wait 1 hour when I picked up the car, no one was there and I had to
call them.
Same thing when I returned the car, I booked to return at Warsaw Hilton but no one showed up at that time - had to call again and they did not know anything about where and when. A bit irritating when we had booked dinner table with colleagues and had to chase the car company instead.
However they were all polite and gave nice service.

Bardzo sprawna obsługa. Auto: Mitsubishi Outlander (2 lata, 50 tys. przebiegu) - bez problemów technicznych w trakcie wypożyczenia.

Otrzymalam samochod brudny zewnatrz i wewnatrz. Zewnatrz jeszcze mozna by przymknac oko, padal deszcz etc, natomiast auto w srodku to zdecydowanie brak profesjonalizmu i poszanowania klienta. Pelno okruchow, zaplamione siedzenia, zeby z niego korzystac musialam je sobie najpierw odkurzyc, i usunac spod siedzenia opakowania po jedzeniu. Ciekawi mnie fakt czy osoby za to odpowiedzialne wynajmujac pokoj w hotelu przyjely by brudny i nieposprzatany. Troche mocno sie rozczarowalam panstwa uslugami w zwiazku z tym faktem.

Everything regarding the car was perfect. I received the car I asked for, in great condition. There are 2 minus I can mention.
1) When I received the car even thought I was 10 minutes earlier than appointment time, I had to wait 20 min, then I called when noone appeared and I was told that he would be there in 5min. In short he came after 20, so I had to wait in total 40 minutes (30 after the actual meeting time)
2) 6 days later (5 working days) I'm still waiting for my deposit refund (and no it is not my banks' delay, and since it is the first time I use the company, it makes me wonder...
Other than that very satisfied
